Debra, at Hapa Bento, has outdone herself again. After her terrific post last month where she showcased both her talents, and the single-tier Elph’s Bento, Debra has made a tasty looking snack in the Elph’s 2-level bento. Check it out.

The bear faces are made from Cheese and Nori. And as she says “Who doesn’t want cute bears at lunch?” Agreed.
According to Debra, “The top tier, along with the bears, contains a veggie burger omelet, sun dried olives, snap peas and enoki mushrooms. The second or bottom tier has a mandarin, sweet potato, tomato, green olives, and pistachio crunch.” (via)
After seeing this, I’m feeling inspired. Clearly, I need to step it up for my son’s lunch. And a cheese and nori bear just might do the trick…
